Location information is received and the trained operator immediately contacts customer to assess the situation using two-way voice speaker on the medical alert system
Step 3:Family and Friends Contacted
The operator contacts family members after the emergency is confirmed.
Step 4:Medical Services Dispatched
Emergency medical services are dispatched to customer location by the trained operator if the situation so warrants.
