Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift
Salary: $16-$19 /hour
Anticipated Start Date: 2019

Area of Specialization: General Home Handy Man
Description of Duties: Provide general labour skills to service and or install but not limited to the following:
• Gutter Cleaning
• Window Washing
• Vinyl Siding Cleaning and Maintenance
• Power Washing Driveways
• Sealing, Staining and Painting
• Hedge Trimming, Lawn Mowing, Lawn Aeration
• Leaf Clean Up and Removal
• Lights Install
• Junk Removal
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Continuous learning
REQUIREMENTS:
In order to join our team, you must have:
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and a strong “team” work ethic
• Have a dependable vehicle for transportation

Due to our recent growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Territory Sales Representative. This is an opportunity to create your own business platform, generate leads and close on the sales, with the sky being the limit! There is no cap to what you can earn.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing HOMEFORCE services via in home sales presentations and event marketing
- Work closely with Territory Sales Manager
- Arranging meetings with potential customers
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes
- Attend team meetings for continued sales, marketing and business skills
- Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development
- Networking with customers in the territory and building relationships
- Closing sales leads that are provided or self-generated
- Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Ambitious and motivated individual
- Home Maintenance/Security Industry experience an asset but not required
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
